Subscribe & Save

Our Subscribe and Save program makes it easy to keep your furry friends stocked up on their favorite foods, treats, and supplements. Enjoy hassle-free, automatic deliveries of pet food to your doorstep while saving 5% on every order.

Set up regularly scheduled deliveries (or store pick-up) and earn 5% savings on food, treats and supplements with Toiffer’s subscription program. Products are automatically delivered on a frequency that you select. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. There is no membership cost.

  1. Select "Subscribe and Save 5%" on the product page below the description.
  2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you for each product.
  3. The same credit card you use during checkout will be charged at the frequency selected for each product.

You can access your customer portal through your Shopify account login.

If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Alternatively, you can access your account using the customer portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

  1. Log in to your account to cancel your subscription.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Scroll down on the subscription page and click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Select a cancellation reason and click Proceed.

In the payment methods tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed.

If you’d like to edit the payment method assigned to a specific address profile you can do so via the subscriptions tab by editing your existing subscription. This is also where you can adjust the email on file for that subscription.

Log in to your account to skip a delivery.

Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click unskip next to the order.

  1. Log in to your account to add a product to an existing subscription.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to add a product to.
  3. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time. This automatically adds the product to your shipment.
  4. You can click the Delivery schedule tab and select Manage add-on to manage or delete the one-time product.

While you will always receive a Subscribe & Save discount, individual product prices can go up or down over time. If the price of your subscribed product changes, the new price will be displayed in your order review email and will be applied only on future shipments. You can review your subscription price and edit or cancel your subscription at any time.
