Refund policy

We try to make it easy, keeping your pet and you happy is our goal.


In-Store Purchases

Returns: You are entitled to a return within 10 days of your purchase. Outside of 10 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags. We do not accept used, scratched, chewed, dirty, or hairy products. Returns will be processed immediately via the same method of payment used for the purchase.


Exchanges: Unopened and unused products returned in original, sellable condition within 10 days of the date of purchase can be exchanged at the store. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags. We do not accept used, scratched, chewed, dirty, or hairy products.


Online Purchases

Refunds, Exchanges, and Return Shipping: You are entitled to a return within 15 days of your purchase. Outside of 15 days, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags. We do not accept used, scratched, chewed, dirty, or hairy products.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.  

A partial refund may be granted when an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Toiffer does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. 


Our Mistake: In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a shipping label for you to mail the item back. We will re-ship your order at our expense.

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping to the contiguous 48 states. 

 

Additional Information

Toiffer Pet Outfitter reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. If a product is sold out, Toiffer Pet Outfitter has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid via original form of payment or store credit. 

Toiffer Pet Outfitter shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

 

Payment

All products remain Toiffer Pet Outfitter’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. 

All transfers conducted through Toiffer Pet Outfitter are processed through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. 

 

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Toiffer Pet Outfitter as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Toiffer Pet Outfitter and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Toiffer Pet Outfitter, to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Toiffer Pet Outfitter Conditions, you agree to the above.



Dog Food Return Policy

There are many reasons for a pet food return, and Toiffer Pet Outfitter works to accommodate all types of reasonable returns. If your cat or dog did not like the food we can refund the price of the food or offer an exchange for a different product which your pet might like better!


Our food return policy allows customers to return wet and dry dog food for a full refund or exchange. Food must have been purchased at Toiffer Pet Outfitter. Returns of dog food must be made within 15 days from the date of the original purchase to return the unopened item. If no receipt is provided, customers may receive a store credit.


If the pet food that has been opened, you only have 10 days in which to return it. These 10 days start from the date of purchase, not the date that the dog food was opened on. When returning pet food, seal the container or the food bag to prevent leakage and bring it into Toiffer Pet Outfitter. Food must remain in the original packaging to be eligible for return. If no receipt is provided, customers may receive a store credit.


If a customer attempts to return an item outside the 15-day timeframe, it’s up to the manager’s discretion if the return will be processed or denied.
